Overdue rates
Rates not fully paid by the due date will incur a 10% penalty on the unpaid amount of that instalment.
Rate arrears from previous years will incur an additional surcharge of 10% charged twice a year, 1 October and 1 April.
The rates arrears team is always willing to discuss payment options if you are in arrears.
Any payment received by the Council will be credited against the oldest amount outstanding. |
